Elmwood Park High School Ranked in the Top 10 percent in Illinois

According to the U.S. News and World Report rankings of the best high schools in the United States have been released and EPHS is listed as No. 51 in the state and #1289 nationally. These rankings are based on the state test scores and Advanced Placement success of our students compared to other schools with similar student demographics.

Elmwood Park C.U.S.D. #401 will soon embark on a major facilities construction project that will benefit students for many years to come. As a part of the district’s Long Range Plan, the Board of Education recently spent several months determining how to best address facility improveĀ­ment issues. As a component of this process, the board approved the sale of just over $15 million in working cash bonds to provide buildings with necessary upgrades and construct new learning spaces.
