Hi! We are your counselors at Elmwood Park High School! Helping students make smart choices throughout high school is just one of our many responsibilities. Making good choices and understanding how they connect to future aspirations are two goals we have for our students as we help prepare them for a successful life after graduation.

We have designed this webpage to provide valuable resources that will help students with college and career planning and the financial aid process. There are also links with information about scholarships and standardized testing.

Although this website is a great tool for you, we must caution you about two things!

1. Counselors have information and resources that can be tailored to meet your unique needs. Never assume that the internet can replace talking to your counselor in person. We can help answer your important questions and guide you into further discussion as we get to know you. This process may help you as you make critical decisions about your future. Don’t be a stranger!

 2. Although we have researched the links provided throughout this website, we cannot guarantee that all the links are accessible or working or that secondary pages are reliable or reputable. The more you “click” outside our webpage, the less we can guarantee how reliable the site may be. As is true with all internet activity, use caution and keep your eyes open for scams, individuals, and organizations that could use the Internet to gain access to you and to personal and financial information about you.
