It was a busy and fun-filled day on Wednesday, Aug. 16, for students, parents and faculty as the Early Childhood Center opened its doors for the 2017-18 academic year.

Superintendent Dr. Nicolas Wade explains why District 401 would benefit if the General Assembly overrides Gov. Rauner's amendatory veto of the SB1 school-funding plan.

Superintendent Dr. Nicolas Wade has sent a letter to the community informing everyone that the first day of school for ALL D401 schools remains Wednesday, August 16.

Our first community outreach events with the District's new Superintendent, Dr. Nicolas Wade, will take place at EPHS the day after school begins. All are welcome to attend!

The ECC celebrated the birthday of one of America's most beloved children's writers with Dr. Seuss Family Night on March 2. From listening to classic stories to playing with oobleck, it was a night of family fun!
