Elmwood Park High School's Daily Bulletin is read over the intercom each school day during lunch. An edited version of the most recent bulletin will be posted on this page the same day the original script is read. In addition, the bulletin is available on PowerSchool daily.

► Boys Basketball | Open Gym


There will be open gym/off-season conditioning for the boys basketball team in the main gym at 7 p.m. Please come out and support the volleyball team prior and wait until the gym clears out before we begin. See Coach Sylvester in Room 201 with any questions!


► College Financial Aid Seminar


EPHS will sponsor an informational seminar about financial aid tonight at 7 in the auditorium. The seminar is presented by Paul Daley of College Planners Inc., which specializes in college financial aid planning. Senior parents and students are encouraged to attend. Hope to see you there — and don't forget the FAFSA (financial aid form) can be filled out starting Oct. 1!


► Homecoming Dance | Non-EP Guests


Attention students attending the Homecoming Dance: If you are planning to bring a guest, approval is required before your guest's ticket can be purchased. Come to the Deans' Office to pick up a Homecoming Dance guest request form. Please see Dean Plum or Dean Pedersen if you have any questions.


► Homecoming Dance | Tickets


The Homecoming Dance is Saturday, Sept. 29. Tickets go on sale next week, Monday through Thursday either before school or during lunch. Tickets are $10 each. 


► Jostens | Ring, Cap & Gown Orders


During lunches on Thursday, Sept. 27, Jostens will be here taking ring, cap and gown orders outside the cafeteria.


► PSAT/NMSQT


You will have the opportunity to take the PSAT/NMSQT test in school on Wednesday morning, Oct. 10, for only $16. The PSAT/NMSQT test measures college and career readiness while giving students the tools to better-plan for their future. The test measures a student's ability in reading, math, writing and language. The test is used by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation to identify students for the National Merit Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and college scholarships.

To register for this test, please see Ms. Kaminski in the Counseling Office with a check for $16 to reserve your spot today. Do not delay as seats are very limited!


► Science Club | Meeting


Reminder: Science Club will meet today right after school in Room 215. Bring your egg-drop supplies!


► Snowball | Meeting


There will be an all-school Snowball meeting Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m. in the amphitheater. Come out and join the fun! All are welcome. If you have any questions, find Coach Arenga!
