2020 Bond Referendum


Keeping Our Community Informed About the Progress of Elmwood and John Mills Construction


In March 2020, Elmwood Park voters approved a $55 million bond issue to renovate and add to Elmwood Elementary School and John Mills Elementary School.

The measure passed with 61.89% of the 3,529 ballots cast.

This page documents the steps taken by District 401 to engage with and inform the community about the proposed bond issue in the yearlong run-up to the referendum.
