Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and the assignment of all employees of District 401, with the approval of the Superintendent and the Board of Education.

HR supports the district's important work with students by overseeing the areas of recruitment and retaining teachers and staff, labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee development and performance.
