Welcome to Elm Middle School!

I feel so very fortunate to have been selected as the principal of Elm Middle School for the 2018-19 school year.

Last year I had the pleasure of working at Elm as the assistant principal, and I fell in love with the students, staff and families of Elmwood Park. I am excited to continue to work with a staff that works hard every day to ensure student growth both academically and emotionally.

At Elm, we focus on the student holistically. We know that middle school students are navigating a newfound independence. Our staff is dedicated to supporting your child as they embark on this new journey.

We strive to create structure through our use of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and strengthen students within our community by using restorative justice.

Every member of our staff puts students first. Our staff is determined to ensure students feel safe and are challenged to become their best selves.

We believe that every student can learn and that every student deserves a quality education. We know that we have been entrusted with what you hold most dear. I have the pleasure of working with a staff that sees every student as an individual.

I look forward to continue working collaboratively with all of you.
