Entrance Procedures

In order to ensure our students are entering safely, we will have new entrance procedures this year. They are as follows:

  • 6th Grade | Entrance at Door 1
  • Bus Riders | Entrance at Door 2
  • 7th Grade | Entrance at Door 3
  • 8th Grade | Entrance at Door 4

Mondays Are Early Release Days for All D401 Schools

During 2022-23, each Monday that is not a holiday or student day off will be an early release day.

Monday Hours for Elm Students (Early Release)

  • Breakfast Entrance Time — 7:30 a.m.
  • Morning Entrance Time — 7:45 a.m.
  • Warning Bell — 7:51 a.m.
  • Period 1 Class Starts — 7:55 a.m.
  • Lunch Times — Periods 5A-5C
    • 5A — 10:59 to 11:29 a.m.
    • 5B — 11:33 a.m. to 12:03 p.m.
    • 5C — 12:07 to 12:37 p.m.
  • Period 7 Class Ends — 2:09 p.m.
  • Dismissal — 2:09 to 2:15 p.m.
  • Bus Departure — 2:45 p.m.

Tuesday-Friday Hours for Elm Students (Full Day)

  • Breakfast Entrance Time — 7:30 a.m.
  • Morning Entrance Time — 7:45 a.m.
  • Warning Bell — 7:51 a.m.
  • Period 1 Class Starts — 7:55 a.m.
  • Lunch Times — Periods 5A-5C
    • 5A — 11:39 a.m. to 12:09 p.m.
    • 5B — 12:13 to 12:43 p.m.
    • 5C — 12:47 to 1:17 p.m.
  • Period 7 Class Ends — 3:09 p.m.
  • Dismissal — 3:09 to 3:15 p.m.
  • Bus Departure — 3:45 p.m.

Elm Main Office Hours

  • Main Office Opens — 7:30 a.m.
  • Main Office Closes — 4 p.m.

  • The Elm main office is closed for several weeks during summer break.
