Camera Club

Do you enjoy taking photos but want to go beyond simple “point and click” shots of your friends? If so, Camera Club is for you!

The club meets weekly after school and is sponsored by special education teacher Ms. Eileen McNichols. Students don’t have to be enrolled in any specific Elm class to be a member.

Students in Camera Club learn the basics of photography and are permitted to use school-supplied digital cameras. Members also learn how to use Photoshop to enhance their photos, and they complete various photo assignments around school.

Although the club is ideal for students who have experience with photography as a form of artistic expression, beginners are welcome too! A desire to learn what makes a good photograph is all you need.
