  • No. 1 Elm (8-1 regular season, 1-0 postseason) defeated No. 8 Union Ridge (3-6, 0-1) in the Leyden-Norwood Athletic Conference varsity quarterfinals 47-22.
  • Elm now advances to the LNAC varsity semifinals on Wednesday at Union Ridge, where the remainder of the conference tournament will be held. 
  • The Cougars will play No. 4 Mannheim (6-3, 1-0) in a rematch of the season opener, Elm's only varsity loss of the season, a 24-22 heartbreaker.
