Re: Vaccine Sign-Up for Students 16+

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) has partnered with West Leyden High School to offer the Pfizer vaccine.

The Pfizer vaccine is available to anyone 16 years and older. The clinic at West Leyden High School starts today and will run through June 30, 2021.

Please note that people from all communities are welcome to sign up for the vaccine at West Leyden High School. If you are interested in having your child who is 16 years or older receive the vaccine, CCDPH is also welcoming walk-ins at the mass vaccination sites around the county.
