What Staff Members Do
The Panther Press staff is in charge of producing the paper. Students use Google Slides to input their work, and then Ms. Jerzyk assembles and prints the paper for distribution.
Every Tuesday the staff works from 3 to 4 p.m. Students are also able to work at home, since all of their material is on Google Drive.
How to Join the Staff
To become a member of the Panther Press, students must submit a permission slip and choose one of the given prompts to respond to.
After the club starts, students have many options on what to write.
Students may write news stories, opinion articles, creative-writing pieces, book reviews, movie reviews, sports stories, advice columns or pursue other story ideas they come up with.
