The next phase of the Hybrid Learning Plan will take effect April 6. Please submit your learning preference survey by Feb. 26 to choose the plan you want for your student(s).

If your student has opted for hybrid learning Step 3 or Step 4, please be aware that all hybrid students must certify their health status by using the CrisisGo screener.
District 401 faculty will have a remote planning day to prepare for hybrid learning, which means no school for students Jan. 15 (grades PK-8) and Jan. 19 (grades 9-12).
If your EPHS student has opted for hybrid learning, please familiarize yourself with the new schedule and other changes that go into effect as of Jan. 20.
