Where to Send FOIA Requests

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A FOIA REQUEST FOR EPHS TRANSCRIPTS OR DIPLOMAS: See below. FOIA requests are not needed to obtain transcripts. Diplomas are not available for re-order. Graduates can only order their transcripts.

FOIA Requests Are NOT NEEDED for EPHS Transcripts
If you would like to request EPHS transcripts, please visit the Transcript Requests page and follow the steps as listed. You DO NOT have to submit a FOIA request.
For current students there is no charge for transcripts. For graduates or former students there is a $5 fee per request. Please allow three days for processing.
Please note that diplomas are not available for re-order. Graduates can only order transcripts.
