The Elmwood Park High School Choir Program's 2017 Holiday Concert took place Wednesday, Dec. 13. The show featured performances by the school's Chorale, Concert Choir and Swing Choir under the direction of Mr. Michael Popplewell.

Ms. Jessica Iovinelli provided accompaniment on the piano. She also played electric bass on a number by the Chorale, joined by Danny Butler on shaker. Sarah Coleman played flute during a Concert Choir number.

Students introduced each song, occasionally reading from notes on their smartphones.

The Swing Choir's performance featured an incipit by senior Roneth Pineda, a duet by seniors Sofia Muñoz and Valeria Lazu, and solos by senior Justin Nieves and junior Grace Rajendran.

As the show drew to a close, EPHS alumni were invited to the stage to join the Combined Choirs in singing "Silent Night."

Thanks to everybody who filled the EPHS auditorium in support of our amazing student musicians!
