Kate Kondela, a 4th grader at Elmwood Elementary School, won the 2020 Elmwood Park District 401 Spelling Bee on Tuesday, Jan. 14. The contest, which took place in a packed Elmwood gym, featured 22 of the best spellers from the District's two elementary schools.

EPHS students wasted no time getting back into the swing of things as the 2019-20 school year began on Wednesday, Aug. 14. The second year of 1:1 computing began smoothly, but students demonstrated they were comfortable with learning by whatever method works best.
