Re: Hybrid & Remote Survey

Last night we hosted a live town hall to share what our Hybrid Learning will look like when it is safe to open our doors to students. If you were not able to attend last night, a recording is on our District website on the Fall Learning Plan page:

Hybrid Learning Plan Live Town Hall

The next step in our planning process is to have all families complete a survey to determine if they would like their student(s) to remain enrolled in Remote Learning 2.0 or to enroll in our Hybrid Learning.

As was shared last night, we will begin Hybrid Learning when our metrics are moderate to minimal. Currently Cook County along with Elmwood Park metrics are listed as substantial. We will continue to watch the metrics and inform families of when we can safely open our doors.

If you have not done so already, please complete the Parent/Guardian Survey linked below by Friday, Nov. 6, to choose the type of learning plan you feel would be best for your student:

Parent/Guardian Survey (English)
Parent/Guardian Survey (Polish)
Parent/Guardian Survey (Spanish)

If you have any questions about hybrid learning, please reach out to your child's building principal for school specific information. Thank you for your continued support as we navigate this new normal together.

We will continue to share information as well as have everything posted on our Fall Learning Plan page on our website:

www.epcusd401.org

Sincerely,

Dr. Leah Gauthier
Superintendent of Schools
