National Honor Society welcomes a new class of volunteers

Elmwood Park High School will have 31 new National Honor Society members for the 2024-25 school year. The students were welcomed to the organization during the annual induction ceremony on May 24.
Veteran members led the induction ceremony as new members took the NHS pledge. During the ceremony, current members Natalia Ciura and Olivia Shipinski were elected president and vice president for next year.

“The new group, I had as freshmen in class and they’re just absolutely fantastic,” said NHS Advisor Kim Schneider. “They’re just a really good group of kids that you’re lucky to work with.”
