Mills Kindergarten Students Get Festive with Gingerbread
Mer Fenton
Before they left for winter break, John Mills Elementary School kindergarten students spent time on a holiday tradition: building gingerbread houses using milk cartons, graham crackers, cake frosting, and candy!
The students built the houses in the school cafeteria under the supervision of their teachers — Maria Anaya, Joyce Baratta, Alyssa Black, Vincent Fiore and Margarita Ruiz. Ms. Baratta’s son Johnny, EPHS Class of 2024, even dropped by to help out!
